Turn Up & Turn Down, Make Friends & Make Memories with DJ Trauma and the Trauma Unit family for 4 days of relaxation, restoration and, as always, elevation. Join our community of music lovers for this 4-day retreat centered around good music and good vibes. Dance all day and night to DJ Trauma’s master blend of hip hop, R&B, dance, reggae, and more, along with guest sets from special artists & DJ’s. Enjoy activities and excursions ranging from sunrise yoga to sunset cruises. As with previous years, you’ll leave the Trauma Unit Retreat with lifetime memories and lifelong friendships.

Always on the pulse of the culture, DJ Trauma has been curating vibes for well over 25 years and is who cultural icons like Dave Chappelle, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Oprah, Serena Williams and others call on to create the perfect vibe for their experiences. His job has taken him to over 40 countries where, whether on tour with Dave Chappelle or as a tourist, DJ Trauma gets to indulge in his passion for traveling the world. However, it is his mission for building community through the lens of music that inspired him to found the Trauma Unit Retreat. And he’s excited to expand that community and create memorable experiences at the 5th Annual Trauma Unit Retreat

WILD AFRIKAN
Taiye Samuel, a dynamic force of joy and inspiration, moves souls through performance, music, and speaking. Co-founder of Anase Kounda, impacting over 500 children’s lives, he hosts Deeper ATL, drawing 1,100 plus people monthly. A graduate of Clark Atlanta University, Taiye's career with LaFace Records shaped performances for superstars like Usher and Outkast. His magic extends globally, touching audiences at festivals and events, including the 2nd Annual DJ Trauma Trauma Unit Retreat in Mexico. As a former co-host of a popular internet radio show, he reached 47 states and 55 countries. Taiye's upcoming series of books, "A Book About Nothing, a Book About Everything," releases in fall 2024. A blend of greatness and humbleness, Taiye Samuel leaves an indelible mark on the world and entertainment.

MABLE ABRAHAM
Mable Abraham, a dynamic dealmaker and business luminary, has excelled in both established and high-growth settings. Hailing from Mumbai, India, she pursued her education at Georgia State University on a tennis scholarship, majoring in journalism with a marketing minor. Post-GSU, Abraham delved into Atlanta's vibrant entertainment scene, navigating roles from hostess to manager and marketing professional. Renowned for her knack for not only making memories but crafting them for others, she owns and operates Whiskey Mistress and Parkside Atlanta, two thriving establishments. Celebrated as the 'Tequila Peddler' or 'Miss Shot O’Clock,' Abraham is known for driving profitable revenue for service-based businesses and creating lasting impressions.

DJ MARS
In 2023, Usher's Vegas residency called for one DJ—Mars. A global party scene fixture, Mars rocked stages for top celebrities like Usher, Ne-Yo, and Monica. From the "Great Xscape Tour" to Steve Harvey's Sand & Soul Festival, his beats sell out arenas. Mars goes beyond turntables, partnering with brands like New Balance and crafting a viral campaign with over 100 million impressions. An author too, his book, "The Art Behind The Tape," is a global hit, licensed for a documentary by Blumhouse Productions. Mars reflects, "When I first started out, I had no idea that DJing would take me all over the world. Now, I can surprisingly say I have DJ'd on every continent on the planet except for Antarctica."
Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, DJ Mars now calls Atlanta home.
